It's a super cool, and EASY 4 Minute Plank Challenge - Tabata Style, which means we're holding Plank for 20 Seconds, switching into a variation for 10 seconds and back to Plank for 20 sec. So all in all it's a 4 Minute hold!
The best thing is, it gets easier to hold because of the variations added. So, hop on your mat and let's plank together!
